We get it, you’re involved in account management and strategy. You’re busy and things happen. If you need to make a change to your registration, here’s your options.
We do allow substitutions up until one week prior to the series when notified in writing. If that doesn’t work for you, you may be eligible for some other options. Should you have to cancel your registration, we are one of the only trainings happy to provide you with a credit towards a future event or class within the following 6 months, such as a Mirren Live New York (less 15% processing fee, valid through June 28, 2019). Note that no credits are issued after the series has taken place.
We do not provide refunds in the rare event that the series is postponed due to events beyond our control (such as a venue power outage or extreme weather). Because we commit expenses for each attendee well in advance of the series, we must strictly adhere to this policy.
Although it has never happened with this series, if extreme weather prohibits us from being able to provide any of the workshops, then they will proceed on the exact same day and time of the following week. Being required to move to the following week will be determined by local airports being closed on the travel day prior to each workshop. Mirren is not responsible for any costs incurred to reschedule a flight or hotel due to closed airports (although there is often no or little fee to reschedule for this reason). If you are not able to join us the following week, you will have the option to send a substitute or receive a full video recording and handout for the subject matter. By virtue of being selected to speak at our series, guest speakers play a leading role in their company’s activities. As a result, we occasionally lose a guest speaker or two as they get pulled into a last minute project. Although this is rare, we do secure another guest speaker of the same caliber to replace them. If a speaker cancellation should happen with little or no notice, however, we may not be able to replace them. Also, note that in an effort to coordinate so many challenging schedules, we may occasionally need to change the day and/or time of the trainings.
For the period through (12) twelve months following this conference, your agency agrees not to directly or indirectly play any role in the recruiting or solicitation of any Mirren employee or contractor to terminate their existing employment or contract relationship with Mirren.
Registration / Discount Codes
Registration / discount codes can only be applied at the time of registration and cannot be used retroactively on already purchased registrations. Discount codes are not stackable (i.e. only one can be used per registration).
Registration can be paid by check (if registering three or more people) or by major credit card. All checks must be received within 10 business days to confirm your registration. If you are registering within 10 business days of the summit, all checks must be received by no later than Friday, January 4, 2019. Checks will not be accepted after this date.
